Thai Yoga Massage In Denver

Thai massage is also called Thai 'yoga' massage or 'lazy man's yoga' because the therapist moves you through series of yoga-like stretches.

This therapeutic form of massage increases flexibility, improves range of motion in the joints, encourages circulation, improves posture as well as promotes relaxation and balances the nervous system.

In the cooler months, hot herbal compresses may be incorporated into your Thai massage.

Thai massage is usually performed on the floor and the client wears comfortable clothes that allow for movement.

People of all types are able to enjoy Thai massage including athletes, people with disabilities and pregnant women.
